By accessing or using the AP Smart Revision application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the app.

2. Use License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application strictly for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. AI Features

The app offers AI-powered tutoring features. Users may choose to use Google Gemini or OpenAI GPT models. Users are responsible for providing their own API keys, which are stored locally on their device for security. We do not have access to your API keys.

5. Premium Services & Refunds

• Subscriptions/Purchases: Certain features (e.g., unlimited topic or quiz creation and premium ambiance) may be available for purchase.
• Refund Policy: All purchases are final and non-refundable.

6. Content & Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you create. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimer

The application is provided on an "AS-IS" basis. We do not guarantee specific exam outcomes.
