All purchases made on AP Smart Revision are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused features.
Due to the digital nature of our services (Spaced Repetition algorithms, AI Tutoring, and Mock Engines), all sales are final. Once a premium plan is purchased, the digital content is immediately accessible and utilized, making it non-refundable.
If you have been charged but your premium features were not activated due to a technical error, please do not worry. Contact us immediately with your transaction ID and registered email. Our team will verify the payment and manually activate your access within 24-48 hours.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. However, no prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining days of that cycle.
